General Remarks
|
Notes: *This limited inspection was conducted in conjunction to the new construction that was submitted in July 2023. *Construction completed on the kitchen. -Clean any remaining construction dust left over before use. -If pans are to remain by the hand sink, splash barrier must be installed for protection. -The use of trash bags for large food storage is prohibited, and must use food-safe storeage. -Facility spent a lot of quality time correcting the configurations of both the walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler that was sited from the inspection dated 4/29/24. Space is well organized and configured in a way to prevent contamination. *The bar is not completed, and still under construction. All equipment has been installed but is not permitted to be used at this time. Once all construction of bar is completed, contact the Department. *Facility has satisfied all of the requirements of this Department is now approved to open the new section of kitchen.
